Email and domain setup

Your domain, DNS and business email set up properly, so mail arrives and your domain is hard to spoof.

Email that lands in spam, or a domain renewal that lapses, can stop a business overnight. We register or transfer your domain into an account you own, set up DNS, create mailboxes on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and move old mail across. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured so receiving servers trust your messages and reject forgeries.

What you get

  • Domain registered or transferred into an account in your company’s name
  • DNS records for website, email and other services cleaned up and documented
  • Mailboxes, shared inboxes, aliases and groups created for your team
  • Existing email, contacts and calendars migrated from the old provider
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records published, with DMARC reports routed for review
  • Auto-renewal, registrar lock and multi-factor sign-in on the domain account

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

We check who controls the domain, the current DNS records, the mail provider and every service that sends mail for you.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Mailboxes and aliases are created on the new provider, and DNS changes are drafted with short time-to-live values.

  3. 03

    Switch

Mail records are changed in an agreed window, old mail is migrated and delivery is tested from several providers.

  4. 04

    Tighten

DMARC moves from monitoring to enforcement once reports show every legitimate sender passes SPF and DKIM.

Scope it now.

Questions

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Google Workspace suits teams that work mostly in the browser and share documents heavily. Microsoft 365 suits teams that rely on desktop Word, Excel and Outlook. Both handle business email well, and we help you compare plans for your team size.

Will we lose email during the switch?

The change is prepared in advance and mail records are switched in a quiet window. During the short changeover some messages may still arrive in the old mailbox, so we run a final migration afterwards to collect them.

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC actually do?

SPF lists the servers allowed to send your mail, DKIM signs each message so changes can be detected, and DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails those checks. Together they help delivery and make your domain hard to impersonate.
