Identity and access management

Who can sign in, to what and why: single sign-on, MFA and access rules managed from one place.

Most access problems start when someone changes role or leaves and their old permissions stay behind. We build identity systems that tie every account to a person and a role, provision access from your HR records, and remove it the day it is no longer needed. Single sign-on and MFA guard the front door, and every grant is recorded.

What we build

  • Single sign-on across internal and SaaS apps using OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0
  • Multi-factor sign-in with passkeys, authenticator apps and hardware security keys
  • Joiner, mover and leaver workflows driven by changes in your HR system
  • Role and attribute-based access rules, with self-service requests and manager approval
  • Automatic account creation and removal in connected apps through SCIM connectors
  • Periodic access reviews where system owners confirm or revoke each permission

What it does well

Passwordless sign-in

Passkeys based on WebAuthn replace passwords wherever your users and devices support them.

Least privilege

Roles grant only what a job needs, and temporary access expires on its own.

Fast offboarding

A leaver loses access to every connected app within minutes of HR marking them gone.

Access reviews

Owners see who can reach their system and confirm or remove access in a few clicks.

Just-in-time admin

Privileged rights are requested, approved and granted for a set time, then removed.

Complete audit trail

Every sign-in, grant and change is logged with who approved it and when.

Questions

Do you replace Entra ID or Okta, or work with them?

Usually we work with them. If you already use Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace, we connect your apps to it and build the missing workflows around it. We build a full identity platform on Keycloak when you need to host it yourself or serve your own customers.

Can our customer-facing app use the same system?

Yes, with care. Customer identity needs self sign-up, social login, consent records and account recovery, which differ from staff identity. We usually run it as a separate realm or tenant with its own rules, so a mistake in one cannot expose the other.

What about old systems that cannot use single sign-on?

We list every system and how it manages users. Where an app supports SCIM or an API, provisioning is automated. Where it does not, the workflow creates a task for the system owner and tracks it, so manual removals are still recorded and checked in the next access review.
