Systems integration

Your business systems connected so orders, customers and stock move between them without retyping.

When systems do not talk, people become the integration: copying orders into accounting, updating stock by hand, reconciling spreadsheets at month end. We connect your systems through their APIs, webhooks or files, with clear rules for which system owns each piece of data, and with retries and alerts so a failed sync is noticed rather than silently lost.

What you get

  • A data-flow map showing which system owns each record and where it goes
  • Integrations built on APIs, webhooks, message queues or file exchange
  • Field mappings and transformation rules agreed with your team in writing
  • Retry handling, a dead-letter queue and alerts for failed messages
  • A log or dashboard showing what was synced, when and with what result
  • API documentation and a support guide for each integration

How it works

  1. 01

    Map

We list every system, the data each one creates and the manual steps people use to move it today.

  2. 02

    Design

We choose the integration style for each link and agree which system is the source of truth for each field.

  3. 03

    Build

Integrations are built against sandbox accounts and tested with failure cases such as timeouts and bad data.

  4. 04

    Operate

We go live link by link, watch the logs, and hand over monitoring and run-books to your team.

Scope it now.

Answer a few questions and we prepare the email for you. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own email app.

Questions

What if a system has no API?

There are usually other ways in: scheduled file exports, a database view, email parsing or, as a last resort, robotic process automation on its screens. We tell you how reliable each option is before building it.

Do you use an integration platform or custom code?

Both, depending on volume and rules. Tools such as n8n, Zapier or Azure Logic Apps suit simple flows. Custom services on message queues suit high volume or complex logic. We compare running costs before choosing.

What happens when one system is down?

Messages wait in a queue and are retried automatically once it is back. Anything that still fails lands in a review list with the reason, and someone on your team is alerted to fix or resend it.
