Insurance software
Policy, underwriting and claims systems for insurers, brokers and TPAs, built around your products and rules.
Insurance runs on documents, rules and deadlines: proposal forms, policy wordings, claim forms, hospital bills and survey reports. We build policy administration, underwriting and claims systems that read those documents, apply your rules and keep turnaround times visible. Products are defined as configuration, so a new rider or plan does not need new code.
What we build
- Quote and buy journeys for motor, health, life and commercial lines, with premium rating
- Policy administration for issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and refunds
- Underwriting workbenches with rules, referral limits and medical or inspection requests
- Claims intake that reads claim forms, bills and discharge summaries with document AI
- Cashless and reimbursement health claims, with FHIR-based exchange through NHCX

What it does well
Product configurator
Plans, riders, rating tables and wordings are set up as data your team can version.
Readable rules
Underwriting and claim rules are written in plain terms and tested before release.
Document reading
Fields from forms, bills and reports are extracted with a confidence score for review.
Turnaround tracking
Each claim and proposal shows its age against the timelines your policies promise.
Fraud signals
Repeat claimants, linked providers and unusual bills are flagged for investigation.
Regulatory reporting
Returns and disclosures for IRDAI or other regulators are built from the same records.
Questions
Can you work alongside our core policy system?
Yes. Many insurers keep their core system and add new journeys around it. We connect through its APIs or database interfaces, using ACORD or your own data formats, and keep the core as the record of truth until you decide otherwise.
How accurate is claim document reading?
Accuracy depends on scan quality and document type, so we measure it on a sample of your own claims before go-live. Every field carries a confidence score, and anything below the threshold you set goes to a person to check rather than straight through.
Do you handle health claims through NHCX?
We design health claims workflows around the FHIR-based formats used by the National Health Claims Exchange, so pre-authorisations and claims can be sent and tracked electronically. Onboarding to the exchange itself is done by the insurer or TPA with the National Health Authority.
