Healthcare software

Clinic, hospital and lab systems that keep patient records, appointments and billing in one secure place.

Healthcare software has to be quick at the front desk and careful with every record. We build systems for appointments, consultations, prescriptions, lab results and billing, designed around HL7 FHIR so data can move to labs, insurers and national networks such as ABDM. Access is limited by role and every view of a patient record is logged.

What we build

  • Appointment booking across doctors, rooms and branches, with SMS and WhatsApp reminders
  • Electronic medical records with visit notes, vitals, allergies, diagnoses and ICD-10 codes
  • E-prescriptions with drug lists, dosage templates and hand-off to the pharmacy
  • Lab and radiology modules that receive orders and publish reports with DICOM image links
  • ABHA linking and FHIR-based record sharing designed for India’s ABDM network
  • Billing for cash, cashless insurance and packages, with claim documents prepared for TPAs
  • Patient apps for booking, reports, teleconsultation and online payment

What it does well

Role-based access

Doctors, nurses, front desk and billing staff see only the parts of a record their role needs.

Full audit trail

Every view, edit and export of a patient record is logged with who, when and from where.

Standards-based data

Records use HL7 FHIR resources and common codes such as ICD-10, LOINC and SNOMED CT.

Consent handling

Patient consent for sharing records is captured, stored and checked before data leaves.

Queue and tokens

Walk-ins and booked patients share one queue, shown on screens in the waiting area.

Teleconsultation

Video visits with notes and e-prescriptions, following India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.

Questions

Can the software connect to ABDM?

We design records and APIs around the ABDM specifications so ABHA linking, consent and FHIR record sharing can be switched on. Going live requires the facility to complete the registration, sandbox and approval steps set by the National Health Authority, and we help you prepare for them.

How do you protect patient data?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and every access is logged. We design for India’s DPDP Act, and for HIPAA or GDPR when you serve patients in the US or Europe, and document the controls so your own compliance review has what it needs.

Can it work with our lab analysers and PACS?

Usually yes. Many analysers send results over HL7 v2 or ASTM, and imaging systems speak DICOM. We map those feeds into the record so results appear against the right patient and order without anyone retyping them.
