Questions
Are electronic signatures legally valid?
In many countries, including India under the IT Act, electronic signatures are recognised for most documents, with exceptions such as wills and contracts for the sale of property. We build the signing method your use needs, and your legal adviser confirms which documents can be signed this way.
Can approvals connect to our ERP or HR system?
Yes. Requests can start from your ERP, HRMS or CRM, pull amounts and details from them, and write the final decision back. A purchase order, for example, is released in the ERP only after the last approver signs off.
Can we use DocuSign or another provider instead?
Yes. If you already use a signing provider, we build the approval workflow around it through its API. If you prefer to own the signing step, we build it in, with verification and tamper-evident documents handled by your own system.
