Speech AI

Software that turns speech into searchable text, call summaries and voice commands for contact centres and field teams.

Calls, voice notes and meetings hold information that rarely reaches a system. We build speech software that transcribes recordings, separates speakers, extracts the facts that matter and flags calls for review. It is tested on your own audio, including accents, switching between languages mid-sentence and the product names a generic model mishears.

What we build

  • Call transcription with speaker labels for contact centres and sales teams
  • Call summaries that capture the reason for calling, promises made and follow-up actions
  • Quality review tools that flag calls with missed disclosures or escalation phrases
  • Voice notes turned into structured forms for field staff, drivers and clinicians
  • IVR and voice bots that understand natural answers instead of keypad menus
  • Custom vocabulary for product names, places and terms the base model gets wrong

What it does well

Mixed-language audio

Hindi-English and other code-switched speech is tested on your recordings before rollout.

Speaker separation

Agent and customer are labelled, so summaries and checks know who said what.

Word error measured

Accuracy is reported on a held-out sample of your own calls, not a public benchmark.

Personal data redaction

Card numbers, phone numbers and other personal data are masked in transcripts and audio.

Real-time or batch

Live captions and agent prompts during calls, or overnight processing of recordings.

Reviewer in the loop

Flagged calls go to a quality lead, who confirms or dismisses each flag.

Questions

How well does it handle Indian accents and mixed languages?

Current models handle many accents well, but quality varies with audio, line noise and how often speakers switch language. We measure word error rate on a sample of your real recordings and, where it falls short, add custom vocabulary or tune the model.

Can recordings stay on our own servers?

Yes. Open models such as Whisper can run on your own GPUs or in a private cloud. Hosted speech APIs are quicker to start with; we compare both on your audio and your data rules before recommending one.

Do we need consent to record and analyse calls?

Usually yes, and the rules differ by country and sector. We build the consent message and retention settings you need, but your legal or compliance team should confirm the requirements that apply to your calls.
