ERP software
One system for orders, stock, production and accounts, built around how your business actually runs.
Most growing companies run on spreadsheets and separate tools that never quite agree. We build ERP systems that hold sales, purchasing, stock, production and finance in one database, so a sale reserves stock, triggers a purchase and posts to the ledger without anyone retyping it.
What we build
- Sales, purchase and production orders sharing one product and customer master
- Multi-warehouse stock with batches, serial numbers and reorder levels
- Bills of materials, work orders and machine or labour costing for production
- General ledger postings generated automatically from every operational transaction
- GST, VAT or sales tax handling with e-invoicing and statutory reports
- Multi-company and multi-currency consolidation with inter-company transfers
- Role-based dashboards for owners, finance, operations and the shop floor

What it does well
One master data
Products, customers, suppliers and prices are defined once and used by every module.
Order to cash
A sales order flows through picking, dispatch, invoice and payment without re-entry.
Procure to pay
Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier bills are matched automatically.
Live costing
Material, labour and overhead costs roll up to each product and order as work happens.
Audit trail
Every change records who made it, when, and what it replaced, for finance and auditors.
Phased rollout
Modules go live one at a time, so finance or stock can move first without a big-bang switch.
Questions
Should we customise Odoo or ERPNext, or build from scratch?
If an open-source ERP covers most of your process, we extend it with custom modules and save months of work. We build from scratch when your operations are unusual, when the ERP must sit inside a larger product, or when the platform would need so much change that upgrades become painful.
How do we avoid a risky big-bang go-live?
We move one area at a time, usually finance or stock first, with the old and new systems running in parallel for a closing period. Opening balances, open orders and stock counts are reconciled before each module takes over.
Can the ERP connect to our existing tools?
Yes. We connect it to online stores, banks, payment gateways, shipping carriers and BI tools through their APIs, so orders, payments and shipments move both ways without exports, imports or copy and paste.
