ERP and CRM implementation

An ERP or CRM configured around your processes, loaded with clean data and adopted by your team.

An ERP or CRM touches finance, sales, stock and people at once, so a rushed setup spreads errors everywhere. We map your processes, configure the product to fit them, customise only where configuration cannot, and migrate clean master data and opening balances. Users test it with their own transactions before go-live, and we stay close through the first month-end.

What you get

  • Process maps for sales, purchasing, inventory, finance and service as configured
  • Chart of accounts, tax rules, price lists, warehouses and approval rules set up
  • Customers, suppliers, items, open orders and opening balances migrated and reconciled
  • Integrations with e-commerce, payment, banking or e-invoicing systems
  • Role-based access for each job, with segregation of duties in finance
  • User acceptance test scripts, run and signed off by your process owners
  • Training sessions and short how-to guides for each role

How it works

  1. 01

    Map

We document how orders, purchases, stock and money move today, and agree how they will work in the new system.

  2. 02

    Configure

The product is configured in a test environment, and gaps are closed with settings first and custom code last.

  3. 03

    Migrate and test

Data is cleaned and loaded, then users run real transactions through each process until the results reconcile.

  4. 04

    Go live

We cut over at a period end, support users on site or remotely, and help close the first month in the new system.

Questions

Which ERP or CRM products do you work with?

We implement open-source products such as Odoo and ERPNext, and configure commercial ones such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho and HubSpot. If your choice is still open, we compare options against your processes before you commit to licences.

Should we customise the system?

As little as possible. Every customisation has to be maintained through upgrades. We configure first, adopt the standard process where it is reasonable, and write custom code only where your way of working is a genuine advantage.

What happens to our historical data?

Opening balances, open transactions and master data are always migrated. Older history can be migrated in summary, imported in full or kept in a searchable archive, depending on how often your team needs it and what your auditors require.
