Questions
How do you protect client confidentiality?
Documents are encrypted, access is granted per matter, and ethical walls keep conflicted staff out of sensitive files. Every view and download is logged. We design for professional confidentiality duties and data protection laws such as India’s DPDP Act and GDPR.
Can the system read our existing contracts?
Yes. Scanned and digital contracts are converted to text, then parties, dates, values, renewal and termination terms are extracted with a confidence score. A lawyer reviews anything uncertain, and the software never presents its output as legal advice.
Can it track Indian court cases?
We link each matter to its CNR number and court, record hearing dates and orders, and can pull case information from eCourts services where access allows. Hearing reminders go to the whole matter team, so no date depends on one person’s diary.
