Project management
Tasks, timelines, people and hours in one place, built around the way your projects actually run.
Generic task tools fit simple work, but delivery teams juggle client approvals, fixed milestones and people shared across projects. We build project software with your own stages, templates and billing rules, so plans, hours and budgets stay connected from kick-off to the final invoice.
What we build
- Task boards, lists and Gantt timelines working on the same set of tasks
- Project templates with standard phases, checklists and dependencies
- Resource planning that shows who is booked, free or overloaded each week
- Timesheets linked to tasks, with approval and billable or non-billable rates
- Client portals for sharing progress, collecting files and approving deliverables
- Budget tracking that compares planned and actual hours and costs per milestone

What it does well
Many views
Board, list, calendar and timeline views all edit the same tasks and stay in step.
Linked tasks
Moving one task shifts the tasks that depend on it and shows the effect on deadlines.
Capacity view
Weekly load per person makes overbooking visible before it turns into overtime.
Time to invoice
Approved billable hours flow straight into client invoices at the right rates.
Client approvals
Clients review and sign off deliverables in a portal, with every comment kept.
Slip alerts
Overdue tasks and slipping milestones notify the task owner and the project lead.
Questions
Why build when tools like Jira and Asana exist?
Those tools are good for general task tracking. A custom build pays off when projects need your own approval stages, resource rules or billing, when data must link to your ERP or CRM, or when you want to offer project tracking to your own clients inside your product.
Can we import our existing projects?
Yes. We import projects, tasks, comments and attachments from Jira, Trello, Asana or spreadsheets through their APIs or exports, and map your old statuses onto the new workflow so history still reads correctly.
Does it support both agile and phased projects?
It can. Sprints, backlogs and story points sit alongside phase-gated plans with milestones and dependencies, so software and non-software teams work in the same system, each with the views that suit them.
