Social and community
Community platforms with profiles, feeds, groups and events, plus the moderation tools that keep them healthy.
A community depends on two things: reasons to come back and confidence that it is a safe place. We build platforms with profiles, feeds, groups, events and messaging, together with reporting, review queues and automated filters, so moderators can act quickly and members can trust the space.
What we build
- Member profiles, follows, groups and private or paid spaces
- Feeds ordered by recency or relevance, with posts, polls and media
- Events with RSVPs, reminders, ticketing and live sessions
- Reporting, review queues and moderator actions with an appeals process
- Automated filters for spam, abuse and unsafe images before posts go live
- Creator tools for memberships, tips and members-only content

What it does well
Clear feeds
Ranking rules are transparent and adjustable, and members can switch to a latest-first view.
Moderation queue
Reports are grouped, prioritised by severity and handled with recorded actions.
Automated filters
Spam, slurs and unsafe images are held for review before they reach other members.
Groups and spaces
Members gather in public, private or paid spaces, each with its own rules and admins.
Events built in
Online and in-person events have RSVPs, reminders and follow-up discussion threads.
Member safety
Blocking, muting and privacy controls give members a say in who can reach them.
Questions
How do you handle harmful content?
We combine member reports, automated filters for spam, abuse and unsafe images, and a review queue for human moderators. Every action is recorded with a reason, members can appeal, and serious cases follow an escalation path you define with your legal adviser.
Can we run a community inside our existing product?
Yes. Community features can be embedded in your app or website with single sign-on, so members use their existing accounts and their activity connects to your customer data and support tools.
Can members pay for access?
Yes. Paid spaces and membership tiers can be sold through Stripe or Razorpay on the web and through App Store and Google Play billing in mobile apps, with access granted or removed automatically as payments change.
