Software training
Hands-on training for the people who use, run or maintain your software, built around their real daily tasks.
People learn software by doing their own work in it, not by watching a tour of every menu. We design training around roles: what a clerk, a manager or an administrator actually needs to do each day. Developers and IT staff get technical sessions on architecture, deployment and troubleshooting. Every session is recorded or written up so new joiners can learn later.
What you get
- A training plan by role, listing the tasks each group must be able to do
- Live sessions, in person or online, in a practice copy with sample data
- Step-by-step task guides and short screen recordings for each role
- Technical handover sessions on architecture, deployment and troubleshooting
- Exercises and short checks showing each learner can complete key tasks
- Session recordings and materials your team can reuse for new joiners
How it works
- 01
Analyse
We find out who uses the system, what they do each day, and where people make mistakes or ask for help.
- 02
Prepare
We build a practice environment with realistic sample data and write materials for each role.
- 03
Deliver
Sessions run in small groups, in person or online, with hands-on exercises rather than slides alone.
- 04
Follow up
We collect the questions from the first weeks of real use and add the answers to the guides.

Questions
Can you train us on software you did not build?
Yes, for widely used tools and for custom systems we can study first. With a custom system we spend time in it and its documentation before writing materials, so the training reflects how it actually works.
Which languages can training be in?
Sessions are usually run in English. If your staff would learn better in another language, tell us when scoping and we will say honestly what we can offer, such as translated guides or working with a bilingual member of your team.
Do you train online or in person?
Either. Online sessions suit spread-out teams and are easy to record. In-person sessions suit hands-on rollouts at one site. Travel for in-person training is agreed separately when we scope the work.
