Software setup

Business software installed, configured and connected to your systems, with users and settings documented.

New software is often switched on with default settings, and nobody owns the configuration afterwards. We install the product or create your tenant, set up users, roles, workflows, templates and integrations to match how you work, load your starting data and test it with real cases. Every change we make is written down, so the next person can maintain it.

    Configure

    Roles, workflows, templates and integrations are set up and tested with real examples from your team.

    Hand over

    Your administrators are walked through the setup and receive the configuration record and an admin guide.

Which software can you set up?

Common business products such as helpdesks, project tools, document systems, booking tools, accounting and open-source applications, whether SaaS or self-hosted. If we have not configured a product before, we say so and allow time to learn it properly.

Can you host self-hosted software for us?

Yes. We can install it on your own servers or on a cloud server we set up for you, with backups, updates and monitoring. If you want us to keep running it afterwards, that becomes a managed hosting arrangement.

Do you buy the licences for us?

Licences are bought in your company’s name so you own the account and the data. We help you choose the right plan and number of seats so you do not pay for features or users you will not use.
