Inventory and warehouse
Accurate stock across warehouses and stores, with barcode-driven receiving, picking and counting.
Stock figures drift when goods move without a scan. We build inventory and warehouse systems where every receipt, put-away, pick, transfer and return is scanned against a bin, so the number on screen matches the shelf and reorders are raised before you run out.
What we build
- Item masters with units, variants, batches, expiry dates and serial numbers
- Bin and location layouts with put-away rules for each zone of the warehouse
- Barcode and QR scanning apps for receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Wave, batch and zone picking lists ordered by the shortest walking route
- Inter-warehouse transfers, customer returns and damaged-stock handling
- Reorder points, safety stock and purchase suggestions from sales history
- Cycle counts and stock adjustments with reasons and approval

What it does well
Scan everything
Each movement is confirmed with a barcode scan, cutting manual entry and mis-picks.
Bin-level stock
Know not only how much you hold, but exactly which aisle, rack and shelf it sits on.
Batch and expiry
First-expiry-first-out picking keeps short-dated goods moving and recalls traceable.
Channel sync
Available stock is pushed to your online store and marketplaces to prevent overselling.
Smart reordering
Reorder suggestions use lead times, sales velocity and seasonal patterns per item.
Offline scanning
Handheld apps keep working in warehouse dead zones and sync when the signal returns.
Questions
Do we need special scanning hardware?
Not always. Rugged Android handhelds with built-in scanners suit busy warehouses, while phone cameras or Bluetooth scanners work for smaller stores. We build the app for the devices you choose and can suggest suitable models once we see your volumes.
Can it handle several warehouses and shops?
Yes. Each location has its own bins and stock, and transfers are tracked while in transit, so goods are never counted twice or lost between sites. Reports can be viewed per location or combined across the business.
How do we get accurate opening stock?
We help plan a full count, or rolling cycle counts zone by zone, using the new scanning app. Counted figures become the opening balance, and variances against your old records are reported so you can see where stock went missing.
