Manufacturing software
Shop-floor systems that connect machines, work orders, quality checks and stock to show production as it happens.
Most factories know what they planned to make and find out what they made at the end of the shift. We build execution and machine monitoring systems that read PLCs and sensors over OPC UA, Modbus or MQTT, track each work order and batch, and record quality checks as they happen. Supervisors see downtime and scrap while there is still time to act.
What we build
- Machine monitoring that reads PLC and CNC signals for status, counts and downtime
- OEE dashboards broken down by line, shift, product and loss category
- Work order tracking from release to completion, with operator logins at each station
- Quality checklists, SPC charts and non-conformance reports with corrective actions
- Batch and serial traceability from raw material lot to finished goods and dispatch
- Preventive maintenance schedules driven by run hours, cycles and condition alerts
- Two-way links with SAP, Tally, Odoo or your own ERP for orders, BOMs and stock

What it does well
Live machine status
Running, idle, setup and breakdown states come from the machine, not a manual log.
Downtime reasons
Operators tag stoppages from a short list on a tablet, so losses can be ranked.
Digital travellers
Each batch carries its route, instructions, readings and sign-offs electronically.
Full traceability
Any finished unit can be traced back to its material lots, machines and operators.
Quality at source
Measurements outside limits stop the step and raise a non-conformance at once.
ISA-95 structure
Sites, areas, lines and work centres follow ISA-95, so data stays consistent as you grow.
Questions
Can you connect older machines without network ports?
Usually yes. Machines without OPC UA or Ethernet can be read through their PLC, an IoT gateway, or simple sensors on stack lights, power draw and part counters. We survey each machine and pick the least intrusive method that gives reliable signals.
Will this replace our ERP?
No. The ERP stays responsible for orders, purchasing and accounts. The MES handles what happens on the shop floor minute by minute and sends completions, scrap and material use back to the ERP, so both systems agree without double entry.
Can it support our quality audits?
We design records around the evidence auditors ask for, such as batch records, calibration, training and corrective actions, which supports ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits. In regulated plants we design electronic records and signatures with rules such as 21 CFR Part 11 in mind.
