Government software
Citizen service, approval and records systems for public bodies, designed to be accessible, auditable and multilingual.
Public services must work for everyone: on any phone, in local languages, for people using screen readers, and with every decision on record. We build citizen portals, application and approval workflows, grievance systems and department dashboards designed for GIGW 3.0 and WCAG 2.1. Each step is logged, so officers and auditors can see who decided what and when.
What we build
- Citizen service portals for certificates, licences, permits and scheme applications
- Approval workflows with officer queues, notified service timelines and escalation
- Grievance systems that route complaints by department and track them to closure
- Fee and dues collection through government payment gateways, UPI and net banking
- DigiLocker integration to fetch documents and issue digitally signed certificates
- Multilingual interfaces using Indian language tools such as Bhashini
- Dashboards for pendency, disposal times and service delivery by district

What it does well
Accessible by design
Pages are built and tested for screen readers, keyboard use and low vision against WCAG 2.1 AA.
Local languages
Forms, notices and SMS work in the languages people in the region actually use.
Auditable decisions
Every application step records the officer, time, remarks and documents seen.
Visible timelines
Each service shows its notified timeline, and delays escalate to the next officer.
Secure hosting
Designed for MeitY-empanelled cloud or state data centres and CERT-In logging directions.
Works on any phone
Pages load on basic smartphones and slow networks, with SMS updates at every stage.
Questions
Can you meet GIGW and accessibility requirements?
We design and test against GIGW 3.0 and WCAG 2.1 AA, using automated checks and manual testing with screen readers and keyboards. Formal certification is carried out by the agencies authorised for it, and we prepare the evidence they ask for.
Where will the system be hosted?
Government systems usually need data in India on MeitY-empanelled cloud or a state data centre. We design for those environments, keep logs for the periods CERT-In directions require, and document the setup for your security audit.
Can it work with Aadhaar and DigiLocker?
DigiLocker document fetch and issuance can be added once your department is registered as a requester or issuer. Aadhaar authentication must go through a licensed authentication agency, so we integrate with the one your department already uses or is approved to use.
