Logistics and fleet software

Tracking, dispatch and delivery systems that show where every vehicle and shipment is, and why it is late.

Fleets lose money in the gaps between a booking, a driver and a delivery. We build dispatch, tracking and delivery systems that take GPS data from vehicle trackers and driver phones, plan routes around time windows and load, and capture proof of delivery at the door. Customers get live tracking links, and planners see delays before the customer calls.

What we build

  • Live maps of vehicles from GPS trackers, AIS-140 devices and driver phone apps
  • Route planning with time windows, vehicle capacity, driver shifts and road restrictions
  • Dispatch boards that assign trips and send jobs to drivers in a mobile app
  • Proof of delivery with photos, signatures, OTPs and geotagged timestamps
  • E-way bill generation and vehicle number updates through the GST e-way bill API
  • Fuel, tyre, service and document expiry tracking for every vehicle
  • Customer tracking links and delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp

What it does well

Live tracking

Vehicle positions refresh every few seconds, with stops, idling and speeding marked on the map.

Route optimisation

Routes follow delivery windows, vehicle size and shift limits, and are re-planned on delays.

Geofence alerts

Arrivals, departures and unplanned stops at depots and customer sites raise events.

Driver app

Drivers see their trips, navigate, scan parcels and record deliveries even with weak signal.

Trip costing

Fuel, tolls, driver pay and empty kilometres are costed per trip and per lane.

Shipper integration

Orders arrive from ERPs, marketplaces and shipper portals by API instead of email.

Questions

Can you use the GPS trackers we already have?

In most cases, yes. We read data from tracker vendors over their APIs or directly over common device protocols, and from driver phones where vehicles have no device. Positions from every source are normalised so the whole fleet appears on one map.

Do you handle e-way bills?

Yes. We generate e-way bills through the GST e-way bill system’s API, directly or via a GST Suvidha Provider, update the vehicle number when goods change trucks, and keep each bill linked to its trip and invoice so expiries are flagged before the goods are stopped.

How do you plan routes?

We start from your real constraints: delivery windows, vehicle sizes, shift lengths, loading times and roads trucks cannot use. A solver such as Google OR-Tools builds the plan, planners can adjust it, and the system re-plans when a vehicle breaks down or runs late.
