Point of sale

Fast, reliable billing at the counter, with payments, stock and loyalty connected to the back office.

At a checkout, every second and every dropped connection matters. We build POS software that bills quickly from barcodes, search or menu buttons, keeps selling when the internet drops, takes card and UPI payments through your provider, and updates stock and sales reports as each bill closes.

What we build

  • Billing screens for retail counters, restaurants, cafes and self-order kiosks
  • Barcode scanning, weighing-scale integration and receipt printing
  • Card, UPI, wallet and split payments through your payment provider
  • Offline billing that syncs sales and stock when the connection returns
  • Kitchen displays and order tickets for table, takeaway and delivery orders
  • Loyalty points, coupons and customer accounts recognised by phone number
  • Shift opening, cash drawer counts and end-of-day reports per terminal

What it does well

Fast checkout

Keyboard shortcuts, scanners and favourite items keep queues short at busy hours.

Works offline

Bills, payments and receipts continue without internet and sync automatically later.

Integrated payments

Card terminals and UPI QR codes receive the amount directly, with no retyping.

Live stock

Every sale reduces stock immediately, so the back office and online store stay accurate.

Multi-store control

Prices, menus and promotions are set centrally and pushed to every outlet.

Cash accountability

Shift totals, cash counts and voided bills are recorded per cashier and terminal.

Questions

Which hardware does it run on?

We build for the hardware that suits your counters: Windows or Linux terminals, Android POS devices or iPads. Receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, scales and customer displays are connected through standard drivers or their vendor SDKs.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The terminal keeps a local database, so billing and receipts carry on, and card payments continue on terminals that support offline mode. When the connection returns, sales and stock movements sync in order, and any conflicts are flagged for review.

Can it connect to our online store and accounts?

Yes. Stock and prices sync with Shopify, WooCommerce or your own store, and daily sales, taxes and payment totals post to your accounting system, so the shop, the website and the books stay in agreement.
