Retail software
Billing, stock and loyalty systems that keep stores, warehouse and online orders working from the same numbers.
Retail margins are made or lost on stock: what sits on which shelf, what sold online and what is waiting in the back room. We build billing, inventory and omnichannel order systems that keep every store, warehouse and online channel on one stock figure. Promotions, loyalty and returns follow the same rules at every counter and on the website.
What we build
- Fast billing counters with barcode scanning, UPI QR, cards and split payments
- Stock across stores and warehouses, with transfers, cycle counts and reorder levels
- Online orders from your website, marketplaces and ONDC routed to the nearest store
- Promotions engines for bundles, slab discounts, coupons and time-bound pricing
- Loyalty programmes with points, tiers and customer purchase history
- GST invoices, credit notes and e-invoicing for B2B sales through the IRP
- Buying and replenishment reports by store, category, size and season

What it does well
One stock figure
Store, warehouse and online channels all sell from the same live stock count.
Offline billing
Counters keep billing when the internet drops and sync once it is back.
Ship from store
Online orders are picked and packed at the store with stock nearest the customer.
GS1 barcodes
Products use GS1 barcodes, with size and colour variants tracked per item.
Returns anywhere
Customers can return an online order at any store, with stock and refund handled.
Store comparisons
Sales per square foot, sell-through and shrinkage are compared across stores.
Questions
Can stores keep billing if the internet goes down?
Yes. Each counter keeps a local copy of prices, stock and offers, bills offline and queues the sales. When the connection returns it syncs, and conflicts such as the last unit sold twice are flagged for the store manager.
Do you support GST e-invoicing?
Yes. Sales to consumers use normal GST tax invoices, while B2B invoices above the applicable turnover threshold need an IRN and QR code from the Invoice Registration Portal. We generate those through the IRP APIs or your GST Suvidha Provider and print them on the invoice.
Can you connect our stores to ONDC and marketplaces?
We connect your catalogue and stock to marketplaces, and to ONDC through a seller-side network participant or your own integration, so orders arrive in the same system as in-store sales and stock is reserved the moment an order is accepted.
