SaaS products
Subscription software products built multi-tenant from day one, with billing, onboarding and admin tools included.
A SaaS product is the feature your customers pay for plus everything around it: sign-up, trials, plans, invoices, roles, tenant isolation and support tools. We build both. Founders get a first version that real customers can pay for, on an architecture that can take more tenants and features without a rewrite.
What we build
- Multi-tenant backends with data isolated per customer workspace
- Sign-up, trials, plans and subscription billing with Stripe or Razorpay
- Team invitations, roles, single sign-on and SCIM for business customers
- Usage metering and plan limits for seats, projects, storage or API calls
- Internal admin consoles for support, consented account access and refunds
- Product analytics for activation, retention and feature adoption

What it does well
Tenant isolation
Each customer’s data is separated by design, with row-level security or separate schemas.
Billing built in
Plans, upgrades, proration, invoices and failed-payment retries are handled automatically.
Enterprise ready
SAML and OIDC single sign-on, audit logs and role controls that larger buyers ask for.
Usage limits
Plan limits are enforced in the product and shown to customers before they reach them.
Safe deployments
Feature flags and staged rollouts let you release to a few tenants first.
Per-tenant visibility
Errors, latency and usage are tracked per tenant, so support sees what a customer sees.
Questions
Should we build a single-tenant or multi-tenant product?
Multi-tenant is cheaper to run and update, and suits most SaaS products. Single-tenant deployments make sense for large customers with strict data or compliance rules. We often design multi-tenant with the option of a dedicated instance for a specific customer.
Can you help us build an MVP first?
Yes. We help you decide the smallest product a customer would pay for, build that with billing and sign-up working, and leave the architecture ready to grow. Features nobody has asked for stay on the list until customers do ask.
How do you handle billing in India and abroad?
Razorpay handles UPI mandates, Indian cards and GST invoices for domestic customers; Stripe covers international cards and currencies. We can run both behind one billing layer, so your product logic does not care which gateway a customer uses.
